Development Certificates in Cadnam

After submitting 4 Statutory Declarations and hours of painstaking research and discussions, Benchmark has secured 4 significant and valuable commercial and residential Lawful Development Certificates (LDCs) at Little Firs, Cadnam, in the National Park.

This means the existing buildings and uses in the LDCs are now lawful and immune from enforcement.

As an LDC differs from planning permission, we are discussing with Officers. They will decide whether this is an affordable housing site for 14 dwellings or a small business park on previously developed land (PDL) within the urban area of this lively village.
